The region announced the tender for the planning scheme development
The Bratislava self-administration region announced the tender for the planning scheme development. The estimated value of the contract should be of 200 000 €, VAT excluded. Hereby the self-administration wants to ensure coordinated development of the territory in accordance with the needs of the proposed development plans. The criterion for bids evaluation will be the lowest price. The applicant must submit the statement of a bank on his ability to meet financial obligations as well as the evidence of professional and technical competence, which he shows by the list of provided services of similar nature and complexity as the order subject is, carried out in past 3 years, to demonstrate financial and economic position. Moreover he will submit the list of references on elaborated development plans of regional character for a complex part of territory with at least 5 villages. He also will submit the data on educational and professional experiences or professional qualification of key persons responsible for providing services. The counterpart of the bid will be the time schedule of particular phases of the regional planning scheme processing, indicating the price for each phase.
