SOGEPROM cuts prices in Rezidence Oáza Michle
The property developer SOGEPROM, part of the financial group Societé Générale, offers a discount in the amount of the VAT on the purchase of a flat in Rezidence Oáza Michle, Prague. The offer is valid until the end of May 2009. Another discount of CZK 1,000,000 is prepared for the winner of a contest organized by Sogeprom in connection with this exceptional event. The six-storied apartment house with two separate entrances offers a total of 60 housing units of various sizes (from 25.88 to 118.69 square metres).
