Skanska: new residential project in Liberec
Skanska Reality has launched the sale of the project Bytové domy Nová Ruda in Liberec – Vratislavice. This project will offer a total of 129 flats in two apartment houses and one villa house. The smallest flat’s layout is 1 room + kitchenette, with an area of 33 square metres, the biggest flat 5 rooms + kitchenette, with an area of 114 square metres. The prices start at CZK 27,277 per square metre. Construction is expected to commence in May 2010 and should be completed 16 months later.
