CTP Invest restarted construction of the tallest building in Brno

The property developer CTP Invest renewed its plans for the construction of administrative building on the premises of Spielberk Office Centre. With 85 metres, it will be the tallest building in Brno. The company wants to expand its services with a hotel and conference halls on the premises where it offers office space. Construction has already started and its completion is scheduled for the first half of 2012. The high-rise building in the Spielberk Office Centre was supposed to be completed as early as 2008. However, the construction was halted. The main landmark of the location near the city centre is still the sixty-metre M palác.
