Bankruptcy Court dismissed the petition against construction company PSJ
An insolvency petition against the construction company PSJ was rejected by the Regional Court in Brno. According to the data published in the Insolvency Register, it has failed to prove that PSJ has multiple creditors. The petition was filed by the insolvency trustee of the company Terrima for the claim of 1,49 million crowns. According to PSJ, this is a disputed claim.
