Říčany: new shopping centre in distillery
A new shopping centre is under construction on the premises of a former distillery in Říčany near Prague; it will offer 3.389 sqm for shops, restaurants and offices. Warehouses will be built in a separate part and a farmers‘ market will be on the premises. Costs are estimated at CZK 150 mill., said Jan Drbohlav from Titan Real Invest – owner of the premises. Opening of the complex is planned for 11th November next year.
