Orco announced sale of three properties

Orco Property Group has announced the previously notified sale of three properties in Prague with a total value of 30.7 million EUR (approx. 768 million CZK). Orco sold the complexes Vysočanská Gate, Jeremiášova Office Building and North East Corner – part of land in Bubny. The server Patria.cz informed about this. The land in the Bubny area with a total area of 10,000 sqm was sold for EUR 8.1 mill. to the company Skanska Property. The plots are intended for construction of commercial property and they were part of a total of 25 hectares owned by Orco in the area.

The server says that the Vysočany Gate office complex with a total of 12,000 sqm and a value of 20 million EUR in Prague 9 will also be sold to Skanska Property. At the end of November, Orco Property Group sold the office complex Jeremiášova office building with 2,500 sqm of offices in Prague 5 to JAMP for a total of 2.6 million EUR.
