Třebíč preparing new zoning plan, its completion is planned by 2014

The city of Třebíč is preparing a new zoning plan. The current document was approved in 1998 and it does not comply with the Building Code. It has already undergone ten amendments, two more are under preparation for the near future. The tender for its elaboration will be announced in spring, the city councilllors may approve the new zoning plan during 2014. Pavel Heřman, the city mayor said this to journalists. The current document addresses only the city itself, the new plan will include the entire administrative area including city districts. It provides basis for further city development, it will address new development locations, development of utilities as well as transport system.
