TVO Europe Property Services appoints two new members to its executive board

Michal Kratochvil (31) has been with TVO since 2009 having previously worked at Orco Property Management Group, and before that at Accenture and GE Money Bank in analytical positions. Since joining TVO, he has been leading the finance and accounting departments as well as ensuring timely and accurate reporting to clients. He is also responsible for the development of operating budgets for all of TVO’s affiliates as well as coordinating the company’s reporting for its offices and operations in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia and Bulgaria. Michal has a degree from the University of Economics in Prague, where he studied corporate finance, management accounting and corporate accounting. He is a fluent Czech, Slovak, German and English speaker.

Lukas Brandejs (32) is another member of the team that came to TVO having previously worked for Orco Property Group, before joining TVO in 2009. Lukas is in charge of credit control and debt collection on behalf of TVO’s property owner clients, and is also involved in arranging and negotiating terms and conditions for the property owner’s tenants. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Law from Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno and a Masters Degree in Industrial Property Rights from the Metropolitan University in Prague. Prior to joining Orco and then TVO, Lukas was a Senior Judicial Clerk in the Municipal Court of Prague. He is a fluent in Czech and English.
