Týden magazine: UniCredit sells their Prague headquarters

The domestic bank UniCredit is selling their headquarters in the historic centre of Prague in Na Příkopě street due to relocation. UniCredit supposedly values the building of the former Živnostenská bank at one and half a billion crowns. The weekly magazine Týden wrote this in its Monday edition. The decision on moving of the headquarters was made already last year. As UniCredit spokesman Tomáš Pavlík said, the new headquarters should be located in the administrative building complex BB Centre in Prague 4 from autumn. “Since negotiations with the developer or with the candidates for the remaining two buildings in the city centre have not been completed yet, we will not give any further comments on the matter at this moment,” Pavlík said. The bank´s new headquarters are expected to be in the Filadelfie building.
