APG and Goodman considering purchase of ProLogis

APG (Algemene Pensioen Grep) and Goodman group are considering, together with other investors, takeover of ProLogis European Properties (PEPR), owner of warehouses all over Europe including the CR. APG and Goodman announced this in a press release, however, PEPR haven´t received a bid yet, according to their management. At the end of 2010, PEPR owned 232 properties in Europe worth EUR 2.8 billion, ie. about CZK 68 billion. According to their last year´s annual report, they have 12 properties in the Czech Republic. PEPR is managed by the company ProLogis. Goodman group own, build and administer industrial and other commercial real estate in Europe, Asia and the Pacific region. At the end of last year, they managed assets worth USD 15 billion (roughly CZK 252 billion). APS is administrator of a real estate fund with the same name. At the end of last year, they managed assets worth EUR 265 billion.
