CTP obtained additional credit

CTP has expanded its portfolio of financial partners. Most recently the company has signed a loan agreement worth 20 million euros with VÚB/Intesa banks. The obtained funds will be used to finance construction of CTPark in Mladá Boleslav. Lately CTP has also concluded new credit agreements with ČSOB for 12 million and with Volksbank Real Estate for 8 million euros. These funds will be used to finance projects under construction. CTP currently has new buildings under construction with an area of 225,000 sqm, these are for international and domestic tenants who focus mainly on production, research, development and IT sectors.
