E15: CPI wants to buy commercial City Park in Jihlava
E15 newspaper brought the news that Radovan Vítek’s CPI will acquire business centre City Park Jihlava from PSJ Invest. CPI should pay about EUR 80 million (CZK nearly 2 billion) for the five-storey building completed in 2008. The centre has an area of 25,000 sqm. In addition to shops, cafés and restaurants, there is also Cinestar multiplex cinema among the tenants, E15 informed.
