Juraj Šaštinský strengthening management of Lordship

Management of Lordship group in Prague will be strengthened by Juraj Šaštinský in November 2011. He joins the company from the financial group Penta Investments, where he worked as Project Director in the Real Estate Division. He worked for Penta since the start of the division in 2005. He participated in the management of the Digital Park project, whose third phase is currently under construction. He participated in the preparation of other – residential and admin – projects.

At Lordship, he will gradually take over management of the company and take up the position of Managing Director. He will be responsible for managing the company, strategy development and its implementation. He will manage all the group´s projects in CR and SR. At present he is working on the Kamenné square project, which includes reconstruction of the Kyjev hotel.

Lordship group focuses on investment in real estate and property development in office, retail and hotel sectors. It began its operation in Great Britain in 1989. Its Prague office was founded in 1991. It has been in the Slovak market since 2003. It received several awards for its executed buildings in the CR. Its most successful projects include Jungmannova Plaza, Pankrác House, Brno Business Park, Domy Heroldovy sady and Obchodní dům Petrov.
