Trigema opening Science and Technology Park in Roztoky

Science and Technology Park worth CZK 450 million was opened in Roztoky near Prague. Its founded is property development company Trigema. The Science Park, which will employ about a hundred of scientists, is in trial operation. It will be in full operation from March next year, said Marcel Soural, director of Trigema, at its opening. It is funded by the state, EU and the company itself. Trigema owns it and leases its major part to ČVUT (Czech Technical University in Prague). However, approximately one fifth will serve for private research. M. Soural assumes that investment in the project will return within 15 years.
