ISS Facility reported a drop in profits
ISS Facility Services, one of the largest domestic asset management companies, decreased their sales by 5% to CZK 1.4 billion last year. Their net profit fell by 12% to CZK 10.4 million. The company is a member of the Danish group ISS owned by Goldman Sachs and EQT. The group carries out business in the Czech Republic since 1996. The biggest competitors of ISS Facility in the domestic market are companies such as AB Facility, Centra or Okin Group.
