Prague: Commercial land prices are stable
Prices of land for commercial use in Prague are stagnating or growing only slightly. On the contrary, prices of house plots are rising. This is clear from a draft ordinance that determines building plot prices in Prague for 2012. To create the maps, officials used data from Land Registry including contracts, which the city concluded last and this year. Capital officials follow the price map when selling plots, it is also important for chartered surveyors, who value the plots.
