Green certification of staff at JLLS
Four employees of the Prague branch of Jones Lang LaSalle have passed professional examinations organized by the U.S. Green Building Certification Institute and have been certified LEED Green Associate which entitles them to providing qualified advice on energy efficient and sustainable construction.
Kevin Turpin (39), head of JLLS Research for Central and Eastern Europe, was authorized as LEED Green Associate. He has worked in the Prague office for seven years and is responsible for coordinating real estate market research in seven countries.
Glyn Evans (34), director of Project and Development Consulting of JLLS for Central and Eastern Europe is certified LEED Green Associate. He has more than twelve years of experience in both the UK and Central European real estate markets. After graduating from Leeds Metropolitan University in Britain, he joined the London branch of King Sturge. From 2005, he worked in Prague office of King Sturge. Following the merger with Jones Lang LaSalle, he has been in charge of real estate portfolio in Central Europe.
Štefan Puci (27), Associate Director of Investment Department has been certified LEED Green Associate. He has been working in Prague JLLS office for six years, five years in the Department of Real Estate Investments.
Aleš Novotný (38), senior consultant of Tenant Representation Department, has become a LEED Green Associate. He has worked in Prague real estate market since 2002. He first worked in the real estate agency Professionals, and the last four years in JLLS.
