Ondřej Fukal - member of RICS

Ondřej Fukal, 42, from Cushman & Wakefield became an expert member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Fukal came to Cushman & Wakefield in 2006, he leads the property management team in the Czech and Slovak Republics. In the preceding five years he worked as a director of the facility management division at CENTRA, before that he was active in the management of OKIN – which deals with all-inclusive property management. Fukal graduated from the Czech Technical University. In his spare time, he enjoys basketball, cycling and other sports.

RICS is an international institution focusing on the real estate sector with more than 91.000 members working in 146 countries. Its main role is to regulate and make visible the real estate profession and to maintain professional and educational standards, to protect clients through strict ethical regulations and to ensure objective consulting, analyses and supervision. RICS has over 150 members in the Czech Republic today.
