Olga Matvijová has been appointed as new head of property management at the real estate consultancy King Sturge. She has replaced Lucie Makkonenová, who has moved to Finland, in this position. Matvijová´s task will be developing the property management area and increasing the number of clients in the Czech Republic. Before joining King Sturge, she worked at the company Facility Management Corporation as managing director. King Sturge have also announced other staff changes. Daniel Punda is new member of the industrial and storage property team at King Sturge. He will be responsible for warehouse leasing in Prague and other regions. Zdeněk Hausvater is a new consultant in the industrial and logistics property team. He specializes in so-called green buildings and projects aimed at energy saving buildings. He came to King Sturge from UniCredit Bank.
