The construction company PSJ fell for the second time in insolvency proceedings, this time due to a claim of nearly CZK 1.4 million – for the work on the project BB Centre. Regional Court in Brno ruled so at the request / petition of Pilsen company Metalšpric-Servis. PSJ management unequivocally denies the claim and will take legal steps, said Miroslav Fuks, spokesman for the company. According to Fuks, PSJ sees the petition as unjustified, purpose-built and “bullying” forcing the company to pay a disputed claim. PSJ was in insolvency proceedings also in October 2010, the petition was then filed by their insolvency trustee, the company Terrima demanding payment of CZK 1.49 million. However, the court rejected the petition after three days.
PSJ has been in the market since 1990 and it is one of the largest construction companies in the Czech Republic. The whole PSJ Group expects to increase revenues to 5.8 billion from CZK 3.94 billion last year.
