The consultancy firm DTZ, will be the property manager for SEB Investment in Czech and Slovak for the next three years. Specifically, they include the office complex Anděl Park in Prague´s Smíchov and two office buildings in Bratislava.
The area of the managed offices is 56,000 sqm. “We want to attract potential tenants and thus guarantee a stable income to the owner. Last but not least, each crown spent on property operation will be examined,” said Petra Pávová from the consulting company.
DTZ manages 465,000 sqm of office, retail and logistics real estate in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The company operates in 43 countries and employs around 10,000 people.
