The entity wishing to use the former military area Milovice-Mladá, has already paid CZK 25 million for long-term lease to Central Bohemia Region, and must begin its redevelopment within a year. Former military airport Boží Dar near Milovice with adjacent land will be used by consortium of companies RP Mladá, which won a tender at the beginning of this year. The contract guarantees the company a lease for 25 years. The tenant wants to build a science and technology park or a small sport aviation airport. On the contrary, they will probably not build the giant solar power plant worth more than five billion CZK.
