Prague Municipal Court has rejected insolvency petition by Česká spořitelna against the property developer ECM Real Estate Investments (ECM). According to the court, the petition lacked specific information about the maturity of claims of other ECM´s creditors. Czech News Agency found this out from insolvency register on www.justice.cz. The court received the insolvency petition from Česká spořitelna on Monday [ie. on Apr. 11th]. The bank disagrees with the court decision.
