CPI group has completed purchase of 14 shopping complexes in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, including retail chains Family Centrum and Penny Market. CPI paid CZK 1.6 billion to the Austrian company Real4You. The shops cover a total of 50,000 sqm. They are located in a number of Czech and Slovak cities, e.g. in Trutnov, Náchod, Chrudim and Povážska Bystrica. Apart from functioning premises, the transaction also includes one project currently prepared in Senica in Slovakia.
