Slovak development company HB Reavis will build the station building Warsaw-West and an adjacent office complex. Value of the investment is roughly EUR 110 million (about CZK 2.67 billion). The new railway station will have an area of 1,250 sqm. Six six-storey office buildings and one twelve-storey building will be built next to it. The investment will occur in two stages. By the end of 2014, the new railway station is scheduled to be completed, by 2017 all the office buildings. PKP had negotiated with the French company Nexity on the construction of the Warsaw-West building, however, the negotiations ended without a result. Construction of the new station building is the second project of HB Reavis in Warsaw. The company is also active in the Czech Republic and Croatia, apart from Slovakia and Poland.
