Prague Top Estates, the owner of licence to operate the real estate network RE/MAX in the Czech and Slovak Republics, is expanding into Hungary. RE/MAX Europe reached an agreement to take over Hungarian RE/MAX network. The value of the transaction was not disclosed. “During the first week of our activities in Hungary, we have already sold two licences,“ said president of RE/MAX Czech Republic and the majority shareholder of Prague Top Estates, David Krajný. RE/MAX also wants to grow in CR. Company Director for Europe, Michael Polzler, said in an interview for the Czech News Agency last week that the network wants the domestic market to increase the number of estate agents in coming years from the current 1,200 to 2,000. He wants to increase the number of offices to 200, currently there are 131 Prague Top Estates, the owner of licence to operate the real estate network RE/MAX in the Czech and Slovak Republics, is expanding into Hungary in the domestic market.
