Chairman of the property developer ECM Real Estate Investments(ECM) Milan Janků has submitted a proposal to the Prague High Court to annul the insolvency court decision on bankruptcy of the company. The reason is, among other things, alleged misconduct in the court hearing of the bankruptcy. A document published in the Insolvency Register shows this. ECM is struggling with high debt, it has been in bankruptcy since July.
