Hochtief: T. Ovečka will be in charge of Office Island
As of September Tibor Ovečka (45) joined Hochtief Development Czech Republic as Office Lease Manager at their latest office project Office Island in Letňany. Native of Hodonín, Tibor Ovečka graduated from the University of Palacký in Olomouc. He gained work experience in companies Care in Brno as its CEO, followed by DTZ, where he was responsible for leasing office buildings and conducting marketing surveys. For several years he worked as senior consultant in the field of commercial real estate at Healey and Baker (now Cushman and Wakefield) and Immorent CR at Lease Manager position. At CPB Praha (now EHL Real Estate Czech Republic) he was responsible for the Czech Republic as company secretary. Last he worked for Czech Property Investment (CPI) as Lease Manager, and partly he was also in charge of office acquisitions. Tibor Ovečka speaks fluent English and German, he also gets by in Russian. He is married and has two children. His hobbies include mainly extreme sports such as downhill mountain cycling, snowscoot, snowboarding, SMX – snow motocross and longboarding. He also enjoys reading and spending time with his family in his spare time.
