Radovan Vítek’s Czech Property Investments bought 19 office buildings worth almost CZK 5.4 billion from Petr Kellner´s PPF Group. The deal has already been assessed and subsequently allowed by the antitrust authority.

Most of the major tenants of the 19 buildings included in the transaction, are companies that are part of the PPF Group, such as Česká pojišťovna or Home Credit. An exception is the Tokovo building in Prague 7, where the main tenant is Národní kontrolní úřad (Supreme Audit Office). Thanks to the acquisition, the total area of office space owned by CPI will triple to more than 180,000 sqm.
