Real estate firm Invesco Real Estate purchased new office centre Futurama in Prague´s Karlín from Immorent, a member of Austrian Erste group. Server E15.cz informed about this. The transaction value is EUR 50 million, ie. about CZK 1.25 billion, the server said, referring to the British magazine Euro Property.
16,000 sqm were built in the first phase of the office project and the property developer is preparing second construction phase. A total of 41,300 sqm of modern offices will arise on plots formerly owned by the Czech Statistical Office.
Invesco has already acquired one of the office buildings near Anděl metro station in Prague 5 this year.
