JLLS - King Sturge: Merger completed

Merger of Czech branches of Jones Lang LaSalle and King Sturge has been completed. King Sturge Czech Republic formally ceased to exist as of 31 October 2011, and from 1 November 2011 only company Jones Lang LaSalle legally exists in the Czech Republic. Previously, the ongoing integration of the two teams was completed through relocation to Myslbek office building (entrance from 21 Na Příkopě street), where JLLS rents larger office space. The local branch of Jones Lang LaSalle brokered transactions worth more than EUR 1 billion in Czech and Slovak real estate markets this year; they had a share of 29.2% on rental of office property in Prague and launched several long-term research projects including Office 2020 and Retail 2020.
