VGP´s profit doubled, thanks to sales

Net profit of VGP in 2011 roughly doubled yoy to EUR 12.9 million, ie. about CZK 316 million. Last year´s company sales were helped by the sale of several storage areas. In 2011, the company completed eight buildings with a total area of 63,049 sqm. In particular, there were two halls in Prague´s suburb of Horní Počernice, three buildings in Liberec, one building each in Nýřany in the Pilsen area and in Olomouc, one building arose in Hungary. 12 buildings were under construction at the end of last year.
