C&W expanding its investment team
Ivo Suchomel (28) has become a new member of the investment department at Cushman & Wakefield. He joins the company in the position of investment advisor and will be responsible for advising clients on retail sector investment transactions. Ivo joins C & W from CBRE Global Investors (formerly ING REIM), where he gained international experience in managing investment in real estate property, commercial leases and as key account manager. He worked in their Dutch and Polish offices from 2010. Previously, he worked briefly for UBS Global Real Estate in Amsterdam. Ivo Suchomel graduated from the University of Amsterdam in the field of real estate finance and received bachelor´s degree at the University of Economics in Prague. His hobbies include sports – marathon, triathlon, ice hockey and tennis. During his studies he founded and led the Prague University of Economics ice hockey team. Mr Suchomel speaks English and Dutch.
