An interest in hypothec credits decreased in the USA last week
Number of applications for the credit for a house purchase and financing the existing hypothec credits dropped the second week in the USA. The American providers of hypothec credits association (MBA) informed about it. Clients expect specification of details relating to the stimulation plan for housing support from the workshop of the USA president Barack Obama. He promised stimulus in the amount of 275 bills USD in the frame of it, the goal of which is to reduce height of hypothec interests and to stop prices of real estates drop in the consequence of increasing number of condemned houses. Prices of real estates in the USA felt down by amount 27% from its top in the half of year 2006. In-season modified index on activity while offering hypothecs dropped by 12.6% down to the level of 649.7 last week according to the Association. Last week the hypothec interests increased up to 5.14 percentages in the USA, while the interests were on the level of 5.07% last month.
