Bratislava: the Czech bank finances the Danube Arena building-up
Czech Export Bank could finance the building-up of the Danube Arena multifunctional hall in Bratislava Petržalka. „If we will submit basic materials till the end of March we will have the credit agreed in April. In this situation we could finish in the building permission providing and could launch the building-up, “Vladimír Bajan, the chairman of the Bratislava self-administration region, told. Costs for the building-up would not excess 75 millions Euro regarding sharply dropping prices of building works or iron. Just now it is the time to start the building-up of big multifunctional projects, by him. Bajan is persuaded that construction of the multifunctional hall, which will enhance quality of inhabitants life and will make the area more attractive, can help Petržalka more than other 9 000 flats. The hall will bring leisure time activities; besides swimming place visitors could also using it for basketball or hockey. As he added they are in contact with two operators, which provide concerts for world stars like Madonna, Bon Jovi or Michael Jackson.
