Atrium, in Hradec Králové, opens in November

Atrium, in the centre of Hradec Králové, will become one of the first convenience shopping centres. The property development company Amadeus Real will open the building, with an area of about 6,500 square metres and with more than forty shops and food outlets, in November, although there has been information on delayed construction in the press. “With the exceptions of a few outlets, the whole Atrium is already leased,” says Michaela Vyhňáková, director of Labartt Properties, which takes care of rentals in Atrium. The total investment costs reached CZK 500 million. The architectural design was created by the studio Hangár, which decided to emphasize a pleasant atmosphere and background facilities for all visitors. “Hradec Králové has an above-average area of retail outlets per resident. Together with the property development, we therefore developed a concept of a smaller, but more pleasant shopping centre. A home-grown, relaxed atmosphere is usually missing in shopping centres,” says Michaela Vyhňáková.
