Loft flats for Lochkov

The property developers Itaka and Euro Ventures, specialists on the reconstructions of historical buildings, want to launch the reconstruction of an old brewery in Lochkov, near Prague, into a residential building with 73 flats next spring. Lochkov Lofts already has a building permit; the project that requires an investment of CZK 240 million should be finished in 2011. The prices of the flats whose layouts will be based on the original building should be about CZK 49,000 per square metre. The architectural design has been created by Alberto di Stefano, of Itaka. The company already has experience with many similar projects; right now it is finishing the conversion of a brewery complex in Škvorec into a residential building.
