FINEP starts the sale of the residential park Bytový park Prosek

FINEP has started selling flats in the project Bytový park, which comprises 138 flats in three separate apartment houses. The layouts range from 1 room + kitchenette (29 square metres) to spacious 3 rooms + kitchenette (100 square metres), with terraces. The prices start at CZK 39,000 per square metre. The project will be completed at the turn of 2012 and 2013 and the clients can now take advantage of initial discounts. “We offer a time-limited discount of 10% for all flats. At the same time, we offer the possibility to deposit up to 90% of the cash after signing the future contract, which can provide an additional discount from the payment schedule in the amount of 3.5% p.a.,” says FINEP’s Sales Director Vladimír Zuzák.
