110 rental apartments will be built at Malacky

New rental apartments for youth and young families as well as new social apartments will be built in Jánošíkova Street in the town of Malacky. As said the mayor, Jozef Ondrejka, five residential houses with totally 110 apartments are concerned. The town has already begun the construction; it should be completed within two years. The total cost reached 5 450 000 € according to the mayor, of which over 3.5 million € is a loan from the State Housing Development Fund, 522 thousand € will give the town and the rest creates subsidies.
