Zvolen: MOS wants to build City life centre at Čierne zeme
More than 22-thousand m2 of retail, public spaces, administration, conference hall and underground parking will be provided by the 6-storey commercial and leisure centre City life. It will be built by the company MOS north of Zvolen´s historical centre in the Čierne zeme locality on the right bank of the Hron river. The shops should cover more than 8 900 m2 on 1st to 4th floors, a conference hall and administration are planned on 5th floor. The anticipated date for starting construction is July 2010, its completion for November 2011. The investor estimated costs at EUR 16,9 mill. There is already one shopping and leisure centre in the vicinity – Europa Shopping and Relax Center with 21-thousand m2 of lettable areas currently constructed by the company Europa SC ZV.
