CTP starting office project IQ Ostrava

CTP has recently entered into a lease agreement with Tieto company on 70 % of leasable space in the project IQ Ostrava. Based on this pre-lease, the company acquired a loan of EUR 34.5 million from UniCredit Bank for the project. Its construction will start later this year, it is scheduled for completion in 2012. Ostrava IQ is a new office development located within five minutes´ walking distance from the city centre. The complex comprises two interconnected high-rise buildings of 14 and 9 floors. Great emphasis is placed on the surrounding greenery and water features. The project will also have the “green building” status through the BREEAM certification system.
