Multi-purpose complex Centrál in Bratislava to be opened in a year
Today 65% of the multi-purpose complex Centrál in Bratislava, scheduled to open within a year, are occupied. The occupancy of offices premises is at 75%, according to the investor – Slovak company Immocap Group. The complex near Trnavske mýto comprises a 36,000 sqm 4-storey shopping centre with more than 140 shops. Centrál will offer over 19,000 sqm of office space.
Future tenants include, for example, Orange Slovensko, which will occupy an 82.5-metre office building. German company ECE, largest operator of shopping centres in Europe, will be in charge of it. The shopping centres´s groundfloor and first floor will have fashion stores and services, its second floor will be reserved for catering outlets and a gym.
“Centrál is the only multi-purpose project of this size in Slovakia which obtained financing in the last three years,“ Martin Šramko, investment director at Immocap Group stated. A bank consortium, led by Slovak Tatrabanka and consisting of VÚB, Raiffeisenlandesbank Oberösterreich and HYPO Investmentbank, participates financially in the project.
Centrál will also include a 4-star hotel belonging to the German network Lindner Hotels & Resorts with a capacity of 230 rooms and with a congress centre for 500 guests. The project will also offer a leisure and sports centre with a swimming pool open to public. Immocap Group will offer a 6,000 sqm of park for public on the roof of the shopping centre. There will be an underground car park with the capacity of more than 1,300 parking spaces.
