As Martin Danko, the Penta Investments speaker, told, the project is upon the preparation phase currently. „Internally we are solving its final concept, “he stated. 300 flats with additional services ought to be situated on the area of 34 000 m2. The project ought to bring an original architecture, too.
The land, where the company wants to build-up, is a part of the urban study, which the municipal district had to work out to regulate the area near the lake. As Maroš Smolec, the Ružinov speaker, told, the study solves surrounding of Štrkovecké jazero (Štrkovec Lake) closely. „ It is mainly focused on protection of the lake and its rest-sports function, “he detailed.
