Sunvalley II will be built in Liptovský Ján

Project Sunvalley II should be built in Liptovský Ján and it should include a suite hotel, a conference centre and a tennis court with all-year-round operation. As indicated in the project, an investment of EUR 17,446 mill. will be required. The applicant is the company Eurelax LM, which manages the Sunvalley project – holiday bungalows in Liptovský Ján. Besides the buildings, the project will also require the reconstruction and modernisation of a sports complex, the construction of water mains, heat pipelines, drainage, connection betwen buildings, an underground fire reservoir as well as modification of the landscape and park modifications. Construction works should start next year.
