Bratislava: Ružinov finished the proceeding in demolition of pressroom
The administrative procedure concerning the unlawful demolition of the former pressroom for Bakelite in Gumon site has finished at the Building Office in Bratislava Ružinov. It was demolished at the end of August last year together with other buildings in the area near the Apollo Bridge. The Building Office issued the valid demolition permission for five buildings that time; however the pressroom was not among them. In the case of the pressroom the builder argued by its static appraisal on its bad state. „Ružinov resolved on a sanction. We will not issue the height of the penalty, till it is not confirmed lawfully, “the speaker of Ružinov major, Maroš Smolec, told. The multifunctional complex Klingerka consisting of 4 blocks ought to grow-up on the place of the former buildings. The building is divided from three-storied camber parterre up to 45-storied building from the height point of view. Also 28-storied hotel is counted on there according to the building permission.
