Activist state that the capital municipal council misleads in the case of the park in Belopotockého Street in the Old City if informs that it will get the area of public green vegetation free of charge like reparation instead of the liquidated small park from the private investor. „The donated park after built-up ought to be created by several smaller areas of green vegetation on four sides of a huge house, like presented by the municipal council,“ Soňa Párnická from the Public initiative for keeping environment in the Bratislava Old City, assures. The investor intends to build-up 8-storied multifunctional object Apartmán Park on the place of the small park in Belopotockého Street. Recently the city presented, that more than half of the green vegetation area in the small park will remain kept, the investor will revitalize it on its own expense and hand it over to the city. Till the first quarter of year 2011 the public accessible park ought to grow-up here with rest zones, benches and a fountain. It also has been agreed with STRABAG – ZIPP Company that they will plant new trees and bushes and several trees intended for cutting will be replanted on the other place.
