Zvolen intends to begin the building-up of 178 rental flats in June
Zvolen town intends to begin the building-up of 178 rental flats of lower and current standards at the price of above 5.810 millions Euro this year. It wants to build-up flats in 6-flat houses, whereas re-building of formed barracks in the locality of Balkán, which the town obtained free of charge from the state last year should create 5 of them. The town intends to create 23 flats of lower standard in one of the building of the barracks at the cost of 417 thousand Euro. It wants to finance 75% hereof by donation from the Department of Building and Regional Development and the rest quarter from its own budget. Other 4 buildings in the barracks should change to flats houses by reconstruction and superstructure involving 112 current standard flats. Estimated costs are almost 3.770 millions Euro, the donation from the Department should cover one quarter hereof and 75% the credit from the State Fund of Housing Development. Building works should be finished in June 2011. The town intention is to re-build all the area of barracks to the flat town with rental flats for socially weaker and young families involving complex social facilities.
