Metrostav SK will build block with 30 rental flats in Svit

The company Metrostav SK Bratislava will build a 4-storey block of flats with 30 rental flats in Svit. They will execute the building work for the negotiated price of EUR 1,21 mill. excl. VAT. The town authorities selected the contractor in a public tender on the basis of one accepted offer, the contract of work was concluded on 12th February. The block of flats, with a monolithical steel reinforced concrete structure and a ceramic filled circumferential shell, will be built in the Štúrova street. According to the conditions of the tender announced in December 2009, the construction of the rental block will take 8 months. The total built-up area is nearly 531 m2, the usable area is 1 483 m2 and the built-up space is 6 907 m3.
