Goodman and Rinder GmbH have signed the contract on LCS renting
The integrated estate group Goodman announced completion of the hiring contract with the Rinder GmbH Company. The rented spaces are the part of the 1st finished phase (involving the area of 45 thousand m2) of the Logistcs centre Senec (LCS). The contract includes spaces involving the area of 10 183 m2, the part of which is the special compartment for storing hazardous goods and 420 m2 of office and common spaces.
The Logistics centre is situated in the priority location of the main distribution node near Bratislava and only several kilometres from the border with Austria, Hungary and Czech Republic. Thanks outstanding access to the D1 and E75 motorways and vicinity of railway and aircraft transport the area is becoming important logistics node of the entire region. It will offer about 180 thousand m2 of area for renting in 3 buildings in its final appearance by the form of storing and office spaces suitable for the storage and the distribution of goods and also spaces suitable for operating light production. LCS is the first investment of Goodman Company in Slovakia.
